· Model Number
The model number can be found in your order history, on the product packaging, or within the product manual. Some products have the model number printed directly on the unit itself. The model number allows us to identify the exact specifications of your product more accurately than the product name alone.
· Serial Number (SN)
The serial number is typically located on the main body of the product or on the accompanying charging cable. It may be found on a sticker, tag, or printed directly onto the product. The serial number generally consists of a combination of numbers and letters, for example, SN: GKX1L2M3N4O5P678 or GK123456.
