1. Shipping Methods & Rates

Free shipping is available for orders of $39 or more in the US and UK.

For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on weight and selected shipping method.

2. Order Information & Shipping Restrictions

Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address and a valid email address.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. We recommend using a secure delivery location, as Geokay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping status, the shipping address cannot be changed.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct information. Reshipment will be arranged after the applicable shipping fee is paid. Orders with incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds; reshipment requires an additional shipping fee.

A valid phone number is required so the carrier can reach you if necessary.
If a package is returned due to failed delivery, please contact us to arrange reshipment.

Important Note
Shipping Contract: All purchases made through Geokaytoys.com are subject to a shipping contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable will be deducted from any approved refund.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Once your order is successfully paid, we will process and ship it as soon as possible. After your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package status and estimated delivery date.

During peak seasons or severe weather conditions, delivery may be slightly delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

· Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

· Weekend Orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday

· Tracking: Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference. You can also track your package using https://www.17track.net/en. For tracking inquiries, please contact our customer service team (response within 12–24 hours on business days)

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with the carrier to assist you in resolving the issue.
